Connect with people you know. You will be recommended connections based on the connections of your connections.

Users can search by name or company. Recruiters have more powerful search tools. For both, there is no bias in the search rankings

Make posts
Optionally, you can create posts displaying things you've done, sharing that you've started a new position, or of anything you wish.
You can make a post available to everyone, or to your connections only. Users can "like" a post or leave a comment.
